1. What cookies and similar tools are
Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device, where they are stored so that they can be sent back on subsequent visits. We also use similar technologies (local storage, pixels, session identifiers), to which this policy applies in the same way.
Legal basis: Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority) of 10 June 2021.
2. Categories of cookies used
Necessary (technical). Essential for the operation of the website and of the service requested: authentication and session, security and fraud prevention, essential preferences, storage of cookie choices. They do not require consent.
Statistics. They allow us to understand how many people visit the website and how they use it, through Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd, with Consent Mode and without collecting identifying data before consent is given. They require consent.
Functional. Embedded third-party content (for example maps or videos), active only with consent.
Marketing. We do not currently use advertising profiling cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for new consent.

3. How to give, refuse and withdraw consent
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept all cookies, refuse them (including by closing the banner with the X) or customise your choices by category. Refusing does not limit access to the website.
Your choice is stored for 6 months; you can change it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, which reopens the panel. Withdrawal deactivates the tools of the category concerned; third-party cookies already set can be deleted from your browser settings.
Continuing to browse or scrolling the page does not constitute consent.
4. Third parties and transfers
Third-party providers process the data as independent controllers or as our processors, in accordance with their respective notices linked in the table. Google may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or of the standard contractual clauses.
5. Rights
You can exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 GDPR by writing to privacy@tailorevent.com and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
