How Tailor Event's AI works
What it generates
Texts for posts, promotional images and videos, editorial plans, suggestions for events and campaigns, automatic replies to your customers. They are all starting points: you see them, you correct them and you decide whether to use them.
What data it uses
Your venue's profile (what you told us during onboarding), the content you have approved in the past, the statistics on how it performed, and the details of the event you are promoting. It does not use your customers' personal data to generate content.
What it does NOT do
- It does not publish anything without your approval, or unless you have switched on Autopilot.
- It does not make decisions about people: it does not assess, select or exclude anyone.
- It does not recognise emotions and does not categorise people on the basis of biometric data.
Its limits, stated clearly
Artificial intelligence makes mistakes. It can write the wrong date, a price that does not exist, the name of an artist who is not playing at your venue. It can produce a text that resembles someone else's. It can suggest an image that does not really represent your venue. Always check before publishing: what you publish is yours, and you are responsible for what it says.
How to recognise generated content
Every image and every video we generate carries a marking inside it that software can read, stating that it was created with artificial intelligence. You cannot see it by looking at the image, but social networks read it and can add their own label automatically. You can check it yourself on the verification page.
In addition, you can add a visible indication in the caption of your posts. It is on by default for images and videos: you can switch it off, but if the content realistically depicts real people, places or events, European law requires you to disclose it.
Your rights
You can download your data and request the deletion of your account from the Account → Privacy section. You can object to the use of your data in aggregated form to improve our models by writing to the address given in the Privacy Notice.
The contractual rules on these points are in Article 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
